FCC provides personalized and comprehensive mental health care across its network of clinics.  The Company’s service offerings include therapy, psychiatry, transcranial magnetic stimulation and intensive outpatient programming.  Revelstoke partnered with Founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Chuck Weber in December 2020 to increase access to high-quality mental healthcare.  Together, Revelstoke and FCC have grown the business from four locations in one state to over 50 locations across five states, exclusively through new clinic openings.  Today, the Company has over 800 providers and is expected to deliver almost 1 million treatment sessions this year; the business has treated over 175,000 patients to date.

“We are proud of the positive impact that Family Care Center has on its patients, providers and communities,” said Michael Constantinides, Partner at Revelstoke. “We are excited to return capital to our limited partners while maintaining our partnership with Family Care Center so that we can continue to open new clinics, hire more providers and increase access to high-quality mental healthcare across America.”

“We look forward to continuing our partnership with a group like Revelstoke that truly values our employees and clinical mission,” said Dr. Chris Ivany, CEO of Family Care Center. “We believe the combination of Revelstoke and our new equity partners will create more opportunities for us to extend our services into new communities, while maintaining our focus on evidence-based treatments that create superior clinical outcomes for our patients.”

“I founded Family Care Center with both our patients and providers in mind, believing that everyone deserves timely access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care,” said Dr. Chuck Weber, Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Family Care Center. “Our more than 800 providers live that mission every day, and I am proud that this partnership will allow us to support even more patients and the clinicians who care for them.”

Jefferies served as financial advisor and Winston Taylor International LLP served as legal counsel to FCC. Bass Berry & Sims PLC served as legal counsel to the new equity consortium.
