BOSTON, MA, UNITED STATES, October 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Lenteris Advisors, the newly launched debt financing advisory division of Capital Advisors Group, Inc., today announced that Zach Miller has joined the firm as Managing Director. Zach will help to support the firm’s debt placement activities and expand its coverage of growth-stage companies.
Zach brings more than a decade of combined corporate finance advisory and credit experience spanning early to late-stage technology, healthcare, and consumer businesses. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Comerica (now Fifth Third), in the Technology and Life Sciences Group, where he originated, underwrote, and managed loan facilities for sponsor-backed companies.
Previously, Zach was Senior Vice President at Pacific Western Bank (now Banc of California), where he led new loan origination and underwriting for the East Coast Technology Venture Banking team, covering venture capital and private equity-backed, high-growth technology, healthcare, and consumer businesses. He began his career at PwC, where he advised on complex corporate finance and financial instrument transactions, including debt and equity capital raises, derivatives and hedging, factoring, and securitizations.
“We are super excited to welcome Zach to Lenteris,” said Stefan Spazek, Division Head of Lenteris Advisors. “His experience across venture lending, credit, and origination brings a valuable lender perspective to our debt financing advisory team and complements our existing capabilities.”
Zach joins Lenteris as Capital Advisors Group establishes the Lenteris brand for its long-standing debt financing advisory practice. The Boston-based team advises emerging growth and lower middle-market companies on debt financing transactions ranging from $10 million to more than $300 million.
“Having worked in venture lending at multiple institutions, I’ve had a front-row seat to observing how rapidly the lender landscape has evolved as market conditions and capital sources change,” Zach said. “I’m excited to bring that experience to Lenteris and work with management teams as they evaluate debt financing options and navigate an increasingly complex capital-raising process.”
At Lenteris, Zach will work alongside Spazek, Managing Director Jeff Griffor, and Analyst Jack Newman on debt placement opportunities for emerging-growth and lower middle-market companies.
